White jersey, historic crest, the Trefoil on the chest: for their Bundesliga return, Schalke 04 present an away kit in retro style, the first with adidas' Originals logo in over 30 years.
Schalke 04 are back in the Bundesliga, and they've unveiled a retro-style away kit for it. Together with adidas and 11teamsports, the club presents a white jersey featuring the historic club crest and a detail fans had waited more than 30 years for.
Trefoil comeback after 30-plus years: Schalke's new away kit
For the first time since the 1993/94 season, Royal Blue once again wears the Trefoil on its chest, made possible by a jersey from adidas' Originals line. The Trefoil sits embroidered on the right chest, in place of the usual three-stripe performance logo. A contrasting polo collar, navy sleeve cuffs and the adidas stripes on the shoulders complete the authentic retro look.

At the centre of it all is the historic S04 crest, one of the defining symbols of Schalke's history, now returning to the chest. On the back sit the flowing “Schalke” lettering and matching retro numbers, another fitting detail in the kit's retro dress. The partner logos fit right into the picture too: main sponsor BEUMER sits centred on the front, BLÅKLÄDER appears in navy on the left sleeve. Navy shorts and white socks complete an away kit that carries its retro ambition through to the smallest details.
Bordeaux for goal: Schalke 04's new goalkeeper kit
Also new is the goalkeeper kit in bordeaux with a subtly glossy pattern on the front, black side panels and sleeves add extra accents. The new goalkeeper kit also comes with the Trefoil on the chest and a retro flock on the back.
The new away kit is available now via Schalke 04's online shop and at all S04 fan shops, the new goalkeeper kit is available as well.
