Tottenham Hotspur and Nike unveil the home and away kits for the 2026/27 season – putting the spotlight on the very district that gave the club its name.
Anyone who watched Tottenham over the past few months needed a strong stomach. Three head coaches, fifteen games without a win, survival secured only on the final day. After a season like that, a loud promise of a fresh start would have been the obvious move. Tottenham take the quieter route instead, returning to what defines the club: the place it comes from.
“This is where it starts” is the motto under which the club, together with Nike, presents its kits for the 2026/27 season. This time the focus is on the neighbourhood: Tottenham, the district in north London that has always given the club its name. The launch film was shot entirely there. On camera, alongside the players, are people from the area: a founder with his own chocolate-bar business, a sports scholarship recipient, a coach from the women's game – most of them supported through the club's foundation. Club legend Ledley King and Tottenham-born cruiserweight champion Viddal Riley also make brief appearances.
The film is set to “Homegrown”, an as-yet-unreleased song by musician Nippa, who grew up in Tottenham and has been a Spurs fan since childhood. A track about roots and togetherness, written by someone who comes from here.
Tottenham's new kits: home plays it classic, away goes loud
And the kits? They fit right into this story. The home shirt keeps things restrained: pure white, a few navy accents, and a fine diagonal striping that recalls the Hummel kits of the mid-1980s. A classic, timeless look, with the boldest splash of colour coming from the red sponsor logo.
The away shirt is braver: a dark blue base layered with a pattern in purple and orange that the club traces back to the area's street style. If you like it classic, go for the home shirt; if you want to stand out, the other one.
Both are available now through the Spurs and Nike sales channels, in-store and online. The Stadium version costs 110 euros, the Elite version 165.
